If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the product.


Eligible refunds or replacements will be processed after reviewing the issue. Refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days after approval.


Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a return or replacement.


Please note that returns may not be accepted for products damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or incorrect handling by the customer.
